Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

Exchanges We offer exchanges in store only, within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all original packaging.

Custom-made pieces Custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@reyn.jewelry with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
